Behind the work is a coordinated process. From Design Administration and Project Site Implementation to Furniture Procurement, Logistics, and Installation, every phase is managed with the same level of care as the design itself - ensuring clarity from concept through completion.

THE PROCESS
DISCOVERY
Before any selections are made, we gather information.
We measure, document, discuss priorities, understand how the home will be used, and identify both functional requirements and aesthetic goals.
This phase establishes the foundation for every decision that follows.

DESIGN
DEVELOPMENT
With the framework established, we begin shaping the project.
Floor plans, architectural details, custom elements, material direction, and overall design intent are developed and refined.
This phase is often collaborative and iterative as ideas are explored and solutions are tested.
SELECTIONS &
SPECIFICATIONS
Once the design direction is established, decisions begin to take form.
Materials, finishes, plumbing fixtures, decorative lighting, hardware, surfaces, and architectural details are evaluated and documented.
Selections are made thoughtfully and in sequence, allowing each decision to inform the next.

FURNISHINGS &
PROCUREMENT
With the architectural layers finalized, attention shifts toward the furnishings.
Furniture, rugs, textiles, window coverings, art, accessories, and custom pieces are developed into a complete furnishing plan.
Once approved, ordering, tracking, logistics, and coordination begin.

INSTALLATION
& REVEAL
The final phase is where planning becomes reality.
Furniture is delivered, artwork is installed, styling is completed, and every layer is carefully composed.
The goal is not simply completion, but a finished environment that feels cohesive, considered, and effortless.
THE PRINCIPAL
Charlie originally hails from New York City.
After several years in Engineering, he changed course
to pursue a passion for Interior Design.
While completing his degree, he began working for a full-scale Interior Design Firm, focusing on Downtown Naples development. It was here that he further honed his methodical mindset and attention to detail. He has had the opportunity to work on a magnitude of projects over the last 13 years, with a large focus on custom Single Family Homes and Mixed-Use/ Multi-Family developments, each presenting their own challenges. Enamored by the juxtaposition of rigid repetition and organic spontaneity, appearing all around us in nature, Charlie likes to offset architectural forms with biophilic elements that help to ground a space or project.
